Meet our Board Members

Philomena Hatcher
I am a native of Selma, Alabama where I completed my initial education in the public school system. I later receive a B.S. degree from Knoxville College in
Sociology and a Masters in Social Work from Atlanta University School of Social Work. My professional career as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker has been
devoted to improving the lives and environments of those in need. Social Work responsibilities included clinical, supervisory and administrative positions. More specifically, I have worked in the areas of adoption and foster care; mental retardation; medical and mental health care for veterans. During the latter part of my career I have been a licensed Investment Advisor with Hatcher Financial, working primarily in a support role.
Since retiring, considerable time and energy has been devoted to caregiving for a family member; providing support system for family and friends; involvement in
alumni groups, various volunteer activities and continued work with Hatcher Financial. My most recent role has been serving as a board member with PIMEC.

My personal interests include gardening, arts and crafts, sewing and real estate investments.

Pat Cross
Pat Cross was ordained by the late Pastor Andrae Crouch. She served on Staff as the Associate of Outreach and Evangelism. She taught leadership Training courses, developed two Evangelism Outreach Ministries. One at a Rehabilitation Facility and Jail Ministry. Time spent at Azusa Pacific University, where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Christian leadership, has helped prepare her for some important life experiences.
She has served in Ministry at many levels including Chaplaincy at Twin Towers Correctional Facility, Citrus Valley Medical Center, and the Covina Police Department. She has taught Bible Study at a Christian bookstore, and the Covina Public Library.
Pastor Pat is the founder of "At The Door Ministry''. They have adopted a Church in Johannesburg South Africa, and have built five toilets and a mobile kitchen to help serve the poor. The children have received food, clothing, shoes, and school supplies. In addition, she has ministered in Scotland and India.
At the Door's Ministry House in Las Vegas Nevada hosts Pastors, Missionaries, and hurting Women in need of a place to rest. Pastor Pat has served at the Hoving Home, Las Vegas Branch for women who are transitioning out of drug addiction, prostitution, and homelessness.
Recently, her ministry provided coats, shoes, and socks for two low income schools in South Central Los Angeles, and the Compton School District. She has also served at the Las Vegas Rescue Mission.
Finally, the Southern California Outreach ministers to family homeless shelters in the Los Angles and Orange County areas. Pastor Pat also meets with a mature prayer Intercessor on a weekly basis. She loves serving the Lord wherever He sends her.

​Bryan Green
President and CEO of a family of charitable organizations. Bryan started serving multiple communities just over 30 years ago. Through his direction and leadership, over a billion dollars in benevolent funds have been received by those in need.

In addition to leading these organizations, Bryan holds seats across multiple boards, including but not limited to Helping Hands Ministries, Inc., NEMA Foundation, Inc. and Helping Hands Support, Inc. His talent for negotiation and passion for giving are just a few attributes included within his professional repertoire.
Bryan attributes his success to God and his mentor, Terry Parker. Currently located in Sarasota, Florida.

Kevin Hatcher
Dr. Kevin Hatcher has been a leader and expert in the field of sport management for over 24 years. Currently a lecturer in the Department of Exercise & Sport Studies at UC Santa Barbara, he has been involved in teaching and management of intercollegiate athletics programs in both public and private universities in the Big Ten Conference, PAC 12 Conference, Patriot League, California Collegiate Athletic Association and the Western Athletic Conference. During this period, Dr. Hatcher served as President of the California Collegiate Athletic Association and chair of the National Collegiate Athletic Association's West Region's Basketball Committee. He has been a member of the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics, the Black Coaches Association and served as an advisor to the African American Brotherhood at Cal State University San Bernardino and the Christian Athletes Group at Colgate University. Dr. Hatcher is former editorial board member for Athletic Business and Athletic Management magazines as well as a contributing writer for Athletic Management. He has been active in many committee's over the years including but not limited to the University of Texas System Athletics Committee, Sun Bowl Pac Ten Host Committee, University Affirmative Action Oversight Committee at Colgate University, the Cal State San Bernardino Advancement Council and 50th Anniversary Development Committee. His varied and extensive background in higher education- athletic administration, also includes a stint on the NCAA Division 1 Committee on Athletics Certification. In his most recent administrative post, Dr. Hatcher served as Assistant Vice President for Athletics and Recreation at California State University, San Bernardino where he was responsible for both the intercollegiate athletics department and recreation units. In this capacity, Dr. Hatcher managed two multi-million-dollar budgets and a full complement of faculty coaches, student athletes and professional staff. In addition, Dr. Hatcher managed the tens of thousands of faculty, staff, students and community members that attended athletic events and used the university fitness facilities. While at Cal State San Bernardino Dr. Hatcher also served on the senior leadership team in the Division of Student Affairs and was a member of the President’s Administrative Council. Dr. Hatcher holds a B.A in Communications from UC Santa Barbara, a M.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in sport management and communications from the University of Michigan and a Ed.D from the University of Texas at El Paso. He is also active in his community as coach, community organizer and a small business owner, and lives in Moorpark, CA with his wife Doreen (an educator at Cal State Channel Islands) and his three children Jasmine, Ellis and Jacqueline.

Glen brings more than 30 years of leadership experience working with charities, families, individuals, foundations, and businesses, helping them translate the desire to do good into realities that make a lasting impact. Specializing in start-ups, he has worked to pioneer multiple philanthropic and entrepreneurial social enterprises, including the Rising Tide which, through the purchase and management of tax-exempt, bond-financed affording housing, has created a thriving business providing both housing and net operating income to support a cutting-edge program for former foster youth; Axiom Coffee Ventures, which provides access to financing, training, and market for remote, small-holder coffee-growers; and Sudara, Inc., an apparel company fighting human trafficking by providing at-risk women with employment, training, and support services. Glen is one of the founders of RevHubOC and leads the Capital element.

Tiffanie Barnett
Responsible for leading Helping Hands family of organizations through their most important challenges and opportunities, often in complicated and highly visible environments. Central to the organizations' most significant operational and financial procedures. Demonstrates a broad range of responsibilities in a highly complex and regulated industry. Reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
Recently elevated to Director of Special Projects for Helping Hands Support, Inc., a non-cash giving environment. Currently leading property acquisition, maintenance and disposition. Responsible for overseeing and communicating income and expenses. Works closely
with several board members and knowledgeable in governance practices. Serves as liaison between finance and executive teams. Earned extensive regulatory experience with numerous federal and state agencies specific to financial and credit entities. Over 6 years
of leadership in real estate operations. Versed in both loan origination and servicing management. Served on numerous steering committees, which provided oversight for certain key functions such as compliance and auditing procedures.
Completed B.S in Anthropology/Psychology from Indiana State University in May of 2013. Currently located in Osprey, Florida.
