Dr. Kevin Hatcher is a distinguished educator and sports management expert with over 24 years in intercollegiate athletics. A lecturer at UC Santa Barbara, he has held key leadership roles, including President of the CCAA and Chair of the NCAA West Region Basketball Committee. He has overseen major athletic programs, managed multi-million-dollar budgets, and mentored students.

Pastor Pat Cross is a dedicated minister committed to outreach and evangelism. Ordained by Pastor Andrae Crouch, she developed impactful ministries, including jail and rehabilitation outreach. Founder of At The Door Ministry, she aids communities in the U.S. and globally, providing food, shelter, and spiritual support. Her mission continues to transform lives through faith and service.

With an unwavering commitment to serving the Lord, she continues to be a light in the lives of the lost, the broken, and the underserved.

Tiffanie is a strategic leader specializing in operations and finance. As Director of Special Projects at Helping Hands Support, Inc., she manages non-cash giving, property oversight, and financial transparency. With expertise in compliance and real estate operations, she ensures efficiency and ethical best practices. She holds a B.S. from Indiana State University and lives in Osprey, Florida.

Tiffanie’s dedication to operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and strategic development continues to drive the success of Helping Hands and its mission to serve communities in need.

I am a native of Selma, Alabama where I completed my initial education in the public school system. I later receive a B.S. degree from Knoxville College in
Sociology and a Masters in Social Work from Atlanta University School of Social Work. My professional career as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker has been
devoted to improving the lives and environments of those in need. Social Work responsibilities included clinical, supervisory and administrative positions. More specifically, I have worked in the areas of adoption and foster care; mental retardation; medical and mental health care for veterans. During the latter part of my career I have been a licensed Investment Advisor with Hatcher Financial, working primarily in a support role.

President and CEO of a family of charitable organizations. Bryan started serving multiple  communities just over 30 years ago. Through his direction and leadership, over a billion  dollars in benevolent funds have been received by those in need.

In addition to leading these organizations, Bryan holds seats across multiple boards, including but not limited to Helping Hands Ministries, Inc., NEMA Foundation, Inc. and Helping Hands Support, Inc. His talent for negotiation and passion for giving are just a few  attributes included within his professional repertoire.
