Jim Hatcher is an accomplished businessperson with a deep passion for serving the underserved around the world. His journey of compassion began many years ago through mission trips to Rwanda, the Philippines, Cape Town, and Johannesburg, South Africa places where he witnessed real poverty firsthand.
Scripture reminds us that “the poor will always be with us” (Matthew 26:11), Jim believes that the call to help those in need reflects Christ’s love. His experiences in these communities ignited a lifelong commitment to making a tangible difference in the lives of the less fortunate.
Through his leadership and unwavering faith. Jim has dedicated himself to creating opportunities for people from all walks of life to join in this mission, his vision for the Partners in Ministry Expressing Compassion Foundation (PIMEC) is to build a global network of individuals working together to provide support, hope, and the message of the Gospel to those in need, with a heart for service and a strong foundation in faith, Jim continues to inspire and mobilize others to be the hands and feet of Jesus bringing light to the darkest corners of the world.

Dr. Kevin Hatcher is a respected educator, administrator, and expert in sport management with over 24 years of experience in intercollegiate athletics. Dr. Hatcher holds a B.A. in Communications from UC Santa Barbara, M.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sport Management and Communications from the University of Michigan, and an Ed.D. from the University of Texas at El Paso. Currently a lecturer in the Department of Exercise Sport Studies at UC Santa Barbara, Dr. Hatcher has played a vital role as a teacher and manager of athletic programs across public and private universities in the Big Ten, PAC-12, Patriot League, California collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA), and Western Athletic Conference (WAC).
Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Hatcher has held key leadership and professional roles as President of the CCAA, Chair of the NCAA West Region Basketball Committee, National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) and the Black Coaches Association. One of his major accomplishments has been mentorship for the African American Brotherhood at Cal State San Bernardino and the Christian Athletes Group at Colgate University. His influence extends beyond athletics, having served on various university committees and advisory boards, including the University of Texas System Athletics Committee, Sun Bowl PAC-10 Host Committee, University Affirmative Action Oversight Committee at Colgate University, and the Cal State San Bernardino Advancement Council. Additionally, he has contributed to the industry as a former editorial board member and contributing writer for Athletic Business and Athletic Management magazines.
In his most recent administrative role, Dr. Hatcher served as the Assistant Vice President for Athletics and Recreation at Cal State San Bernardino. One of his primary focuses was to ensure that all faculty, students, staff and the community had access to athletic events and fitness facilities/programs. During his tenure Dr. Hatcher managed multi-million-dollar budgets, oversaw both intercollegiate athletics and recreation programs, led a team of faculty coaches, student-athletes, and professional staff. As a senior leader in the Division of Student Affairs, he was also a member of the President’s Administrative Council.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Dr. Hatcher maintains a strong liaison with his community. He utilizes his skills and background in working with young people to share and connect with resources when possible.
Pastor Pat Cross is a devoted minister and compassionate leader who has dedicated her life to outreach, evangelism, and serving the underserved. Ordained by the late Pastor Andrae Crouch, she served on staff as the Associate of Outreach and Evangelism, where she taught leadership training courses and developed two impactful evangelism ministries a Rehabilitation Facility Outreach and a Jail Ministry.
Her educational journey at Azusa Pacific University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Christian Leadership, has helped prepare her for a lifetime of meaningful service. She has ministered at various levels, including Chaplaincy at Twin Towers Correctional Facility, Citrus Valley Medical Center, and the Covina Police Department. In addition, she has taught Bible study at both a Christian bookstore and the Covina Public Library.
As the founder of At the Door Ministry, Pastor Pat has expanded her mission internationally. Her ministry has adopted a church in Johannesburg, South Africa, where they have built five toilets and a mobile kitchen to serve the poor. Through this mission, children have received food, clothing, shoes, and school supplies. She has also ministered in Scotland and India, spreading the Gospel, and providing aid to those in need.
At The Door Ministry operates a Ministry House in Las Vegas, Nevada, offering a place of rest for pastors, missionaries, and women in need of healing. Pastor Pat has also served at the Hoving Home in Las Vegas, supporting women transitioning out of drug addiction, prostitution, and homelessness, her ministry continues to impact communities by providing coats, shoes, and socks for low-income schools in South Central Los Angeles and the Compton School District. She has also served at the Las Vegas Rescue Mission and leads Southern California Outreach, ministering to family homeless shelters in Los Angeles and the Orange County area.
A woman of deep faith and prayer, Pastor Pat meets weekly with a mature prayer intercessor, staying grounded in her calling. With an unwavering commitment to serving the Lord, she continues to be a light in the lives of the lost, the broken, and the underserved.
Tiffanie Barnett is a dynamic leader and strategist with experience guiding organizations through complex operational and financial challenges. As a key executive within the Helping Hands family of organizations, she plays a significant role in high-impact decision-making, particularly in regulated and highly visible environments. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, she is instrumental in shaping and executing the organizations’ most significant operational and financial procedures.
Recently elevated to President at Helping Hands Support, Inc., Tiffanie now oversees the organization’s non-cash giving environment, including property acquisition, maintenance, and disposition. She is responsible for managing and communicating income and expenses, collaborating closely with board members, and demonstrating deep knowledge of governance practices. As a liaison between finance and executive teams, she ensures transparency, compliance, and efficiency across all strategic initiatives.
Tiffanie has acquired extensive regulatory experience, working with federal and state agencies in the financial and credit sectors. With over 8 years of leadership in real estate operations, she brings expertise in loan origination, servicing management, and financial oversight. Her contributions to steering committees for compliance and auditing procedures have reinforced the organization’s commitment to ethical and legal best practices. She holds a B.S. in Anthropology/Psychology from Indiana State University (2013) and currently resides in Osprey, Florida.
Tiffanie’s dedication to operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and strategic development continues to drive the success of Helping Hands and its mission to serve communities in need.
Philomena Hatcher is a lifelong social worker and human advocate. Philomena honed her early caring skills while growing up in Selma, Alabama during the Civil Rights Movement. During these years she learned what it meant to be deprived of certain basic rights and needs. She also learned early from her mother, who was a teacher, the power of education and learning, the importance of sharing and helping others who had less than you and the meaning of sacrifice. Philomena earned a Bachelors in Sociology from Knoxville College and a Masters of Social Work from Atlanta University School of Social Work.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Philomena’s professional career was founded upon finding solutions for a variety of social and financial issues in populations ranging from infants to senior citizens. Her clinical experiences have included adoption and foster care; gerontology, mental health, medical and nursing home care as well as community organization. Philomena provided services for male and female veterans of all ages, for a number of years at three different VA Medical Centers. Her roles included clinician, supervisor and Chief of Social Work Service.
Philomena is now a retired Social Worker but has continued as a caregiver and maintained involvement in alumni groups, volunteer and community organizations. After retirement Philomena started a new venture as a licensed investment advisor and currently works in a support position.
Philomena is excited to contribute her expertise and passion to the mission of PIMEC – caring for the underserved.
Bryan Green is a dedicated philanthropist, strategist, and executive leader with over 30 years of experience serving communities in need. As the President and CEO of a family of charitable organizations, Bryan has been instrumental in directing and expanding initiatives that have provided over a billion dollars in benevolent funds to individuals and families facing hardship.
Beyond his executive leadership, Bryan serves on multiple boards, including Helping Hands Ministries, Inc., NEMA Foundation, Inc., and Helping Hands Support, Inc. His ability to negotiate, collaborate, and drive impactful change has made him a trusted leader in the non-profit sector.
With a deep passion for helping others and a talent for strategic giving, Bryan continues to shape organizations that make a lasting difference in communities worldwide. His commitment to philanthropy and service is at the heart of his mission ensuring that resources reach those who need them most.
Glenn brings more than 30 years of leadership experience working with charities, families, individuals, foundations, and businesses, helping them translate the desire to do good into realities that make a lasting impact. Specializing in start-ups, he has worked to pioneer multiple philanthropic and entrepreneurial social enterprises, including the Rising Tide which, through the purchase and management of tax-exempt, bond-financed affordable housing, has created a thriving business providing both housing and net operating income to support a cutting-edge program for former foster youth; Axiom Coffee Ventures, which provides access to financing, training, and market for remote, small-holder coffee-growers; and Sudara, Inc., an apparel company fighting human trafficking by providing at-risk women with employment, training, and support services.
